Your Officer Team for 2017 - 2018 were decided yesterday when voting closed at 5pm with the winners revealed at the results night in The Venue.

Elections week has been one of the busiest of the academic year so far, with candidates campaigning since Thursday 2nd March. Over 3,000 students voted in the elections this year, with 13,770 votes in total. Voters from both Canterbury and Medway utilised the Venue and Student Hub ballot boxes, as well as the online voting system, to share their opinion and vote for their favourite candidates. Banners, leaflets, costumes and hilarious dancing have been but a few of the campaigning strategies utilised throughout the week. Voting has now closed and the winners have been announced, who will be representing you next year? They will begin their roles after handover week from 20th June 2017, but for now, you can see details of their main manifesto points below.
