See below for match reports and results!

Football 2nds, by Captain Sam Wood.

Team Medway 2nd team won 4-0 against top of the league in a gruelling physical battle, fantastic, dominant performance and a great result from everyone in the last game before Christmas, 4 very well taken goals from : Matt Tapley, Chris Hewitt, Ollie Miller and Qasim Zaidi!

Players of the match: EVERYONE

Netball, by President Emily Clarke

Great day of netball yesterday with both teams performing at the very best of their abilities! Seconds won 37-15 against Suffolk after a slight nightmare of organising pre match everything worked out in the end!

Netball 1st, by Captain Nadia McMillan

The low score represents how strong our defence were and with such a tight score line to a team so far up the league table, I'm so proud of the progress our team are making! Good game guys, at least we finished the match knowing we gave 100% effort throughout??"

My captains player of the match (and also Vanessa & Tamara's player of the match) goes to Amelia for her incredible defensive skills and I believe her best performance to date!
Oppositions player of the match went to Renee.

Netball 2nd, by Captain Lashuan Green

"I personally believe it was our best game as a Team Unit. Lets keep the W's going into next year girls, Well Done!"

The Player of the match went to Umairah Sanusi & the Vice Captains player of the match went to myself, Lashaun.

Basketball 1st, by Captain and Vice President Jono Hayward

62-46 loss for the first team against Queen Mary. The game started evenly with both teams taking a while to get into their rhythm. The score was level at halftime and a run from Queen Mary saw them take the lead and distance themselves from us heading into the fourth. We had a late fourth quarter run that brought us within single digits but were unable to capitalise and finish the game with a win.

Players of the match are Emay for his hustle and intensity throughout the game and Marvin for his scoring

Basketball 2nd, By Coach Kevin Woodford

Medway 2nd team basketball lost 60-48, we got a lot of good looks but nothing was dropping.

Tanaka gonese man of the match with 14 points, he has really stepped it up so far this year as a scorer and team player.

Volleyball 1st, by President Basim Chishty

Team Medway Volleyball played against at City University London. The game started at 8pm, only 6 players from Team Medway Volleyball went and played with no subs. City Uni had 12 players in total. The first 2 sets the City University London won with just a little margin on the scoreboard. Team Medway had the greatest come back ever, dominating City University London in a best of 5 game and cruising through victory with a Final Score of TM 3-2 CU. It was one of the best games games ever.

Player of the Match was awarded to Awad Chishty for his remarkable setting

Rugby 1st, by President Iain Lynch

Medway Spartans won against UCL 17-7 in a well fought game at home. Having narrowly lost to UCL a few weeks before hand, the Spartans were out for revenge. The Spartans started slow but showed promise and determination to get into the game. The second half was a lot better for the Spartans, using their set plays and patterns effectively to get over the game line. Towards the end, the Spartans were made to defend for their lives in their own half, after both sides were reduced to 14 men, until Spartans managed to score a great interception try in the dying moments of the game.

Player of the match went to George Ashby

Seasons greetings to all, looking forward to BUCS to start again in Jan!
